Once you’ve downloaded the app, you can communicate in real time to a nurse practitioner about your symptoms. The nurse practitioner will review your input and send you relevant medical forms tailored to your symptoms before your appointment.

Connect with a Nurse Practitioner
Once medical forms are completed, you’ll meet with a nurse practitioner to evaluate your symptoms. A care plan will be provided to you at the end of the visit to address your concern. At L-Health, you can send any questions or concerns about your care at any time and we will respond within 24 hours.
